Payment:
I only accept Paypal at this time. If you are having trouble with the checkout process or need a little more time to pay, please contact me and I would be happy to hold the item for you for a short time.

Shipping:
I generally ship within 1-2 days of receiving payment. Please let me know before you purchase if you need the item in a rush. Faster shipping methods are available, but they can be expensive. Let me know your requirements and I can research the best shipping method and additional costs for you.

International Orders:
I am happy to ship worldwide. Please note that customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask me to mark your order as a gift, as this is illegal, and we may both be fined if I do so. I appreciate your understanding.

Local Orders:
Do you live in the Muskoka area? Then you are lucky enough to save on shipping charges. Just contact me prior to purchase and I will remove the shipping charge from the listing. Then we can make arrangements for you to pick up your new jewellery.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is my primary concern. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly refund your money. Contact me within three days of receiving your item, and we will discuss plans for return or exchange. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, with packaging intact.

Multiple Orders:
I do offer discounts for multiple orders. Just ask!

Custom Orders:
I love custom orders. It is very fulfilling to create a one-of-a-kind piece for a customer. Custom orders are especially exciting when I create something for your big event such as your prom or wedding. I have had the honour of working with several brides and would love to create something for your big day.

See a bracelet that you would really like as an anklet? No problem. What about a necklace in gold but you would prefer sterling? No problem. Like your necklace made with a different gemstone? No problem. See a pattern here? I love to create, and any excuse to make a new design is fine with me! Contact me and I will get a price to you the same day.
